You know I love the deep dives into Gator Hoops you guys offer! You’re the best! But why do feel the need to keep comparing the potential PG recruits to Walter Clayton, in the end to only trash Clayton saying you prefer them over a guy who is ALREADY on the roster? What good purpose does that serve? Why not compare their shooting skills or FT % to that of Clayton if you want to be fair about it? Let’s hear that next episode! You seemed happy when we got him. Now, he continues to diminish, in y... more
Love this podcast! You guys are awesome. You put the work in. You are informed. That is why it was so disappointing to hear Eric echo the Sam trope about Walter Clayton switching to basketball from football. Granted, Eric said Andrew Spivey was his source so the error is not in Eric, other than him trusting his GC colleague. more
Where is the brilliance of Todd Golden? He is getting out-coached in multiple games. Against Auburn he ran a last play that asked Castleton to do something he failed to do all night! Did he really think CC could dribble-drive to the basket from the top of the key without help defense coming? Why not do what was effective? Let Castleton pass out of high post to Reeves (or Fudge from left) cutting to the basket. They likely get fouled or score. more
Been a Gator hoops fan since Norm Sloan so I go way back with the program. Great to hear this Kind of coverage that’s honest and sees what the fans see now. This program is elite and needs this kind of coverage. Go Gators from Vegas.
Really enjoyed the AU breakdown since I was unable to, do you guys think that wacie will end up following a similar path to tre Mann where he come back and plays well next year or do you think white will start to ramp up his play? Also, a combination of trendon watford and tremont waters would be terrifying. Keep up the great work!
