Joe & Joe cover a variety of topics related to training, exercise, and their experience as physical therapist. After hearing their personal experiences dealing with injuries and pain I knew they would be a reliable source related to fitness and physical therapy. They are real and authentic and shoot it straight on the pod. I’d highly recommend a listen!
I’ve really been enjoying listening to this podcast on commutes or at the gym to further my learning about pain as a physical therapist. Joe and Joe make learning about pain fun and give great explanations that are easy to apply and explain to patients.
I am three episodes in. Joe G is my coach, but this podcast really helps fill in questions I didn’t know I had.
It has increased my understanding of the whys I have of what I am doing.
I appreciate that the Joe’s don’t talk over my head with too much technical speak, just enough to educate and inform.
I love having them play while I am doing my workouts.
Joe has a knack for facilitating great discussions with his podcast guests and brings on a diverse array of people which makes for excellent content. In addition to being very informational, the conversations are easy to listen to and jump right into relevant topics without being too dry or granular. Would highly recommend for athletes and especially if you’re a golf enthusiast.
Started following Joe on Instagram and his insights on fitness and how to stay healthy on and off the course. This podcast does a fantastic job of bringing in experts around the physical, mental and emotional aspects of golf. I know it has helped me majorly in making sure my body and mind are prepared and things I can do on and off the course to become a better golfer! Thanks Joe keep up the great work.
