A evidence-forward fitness show that combines host-led coaching with expert interviews to unpack science-based strategies for building muscle, losing fat, and sustaining results. Topics span peri-workout nutrition, gut health for lifters, sustainable dieting, burnout prevention, and nuanced discussions around gender identity in sport. A standout is the host's data‑driven questioning style and willingness to tackle controversial marketing claims, pillared by guests who are researchers, coaches, or practitioners with hands-on experience.
