I am looking for a fitness podcast, but I cannot stand to listen to a full episode of this. The droll is nauseating. Couldn't stand it for more than 5 minutes.
she has three categories in the show: diet, exercises and motivation. I very much like when she explains about common mistakes many people (including me) keep making when doing certain exercises and how to do them right. Thank you for all the work you put in these podcasts and for all the encouragement!
