Katie is real and gives awesome practical tips. She is also super motivating. I loved her recent episode about her 5am routine!
Katie is a caring, knowlegable host. Body image is most women’s #1 shame trigger, and a body positive, accepting podcast is exactly what women need to hear more of. Katie helped me understand that change needs to come from a place of love and acceptance, and because it’s a preference and not an unhealthy ideal that is forced upon us.
These episodes talk about real issues and things that everyone feels to some degree. They are motivational and inspiring but also help me know I’m not alone in what I’m going through trying to be healthy and get back into fitness postpartum. I would recommend these to any women wanting to love a healthy life!
As someone who has had a negative relationship with food and my weight for years, it’s nice to find a podcast that talks positively about your body. Katie gives tools and tips to make you body positive.
I always learn something when I listen to Katie’s show- She always shares in a way that’s easy to digest and very relatable. She’s a great interviewer, really listens to her guests and asks insightful questions to get to the juicy stuff. Highly recommend this show, no matter what stage of the journey to self-love and food freedom you’re at.
