As a diehard Yankees fan, I have found my podcast. The crews knowledge of both the major and minor league teams goes above and beyond any other podcast out there. There are a ton of podcasts to choose from, and I am thankful for Fireside Yankees. It’s great to find a podcast that comment comments on the current team in the future in the farm system. This is a rarity in today’s podcast universe. Keep up the great work! I will be listening!
Listen to The Michael Kay Show podcast.
It’s a couple of kids talking about baseball without much perspective. Just reciting numbers with no real feel for the game itself.

Two analytics-minded Yankees-focused hosts break down recent games, player development, and roster decisions with high energy and data-driven analysis. Episodes frequently cover rotation depth, bullpen usage, injured or promoted prospects, and in-game management, often tying performances to long-term pennant goals while peppering sponsor reads and fan chatter into the banter. The show stands out for its rapid-fire, numbers-first takedakes, clear readership of farm-system implications, and a habit of blending hard baseball analysis with approachable, fan-friendly commentary.
