I started listening to this podcast one a day or one in two days and so far I really like it.
I like his podcasts because the way he talks and explains things are very easy to understand and his voice is calm and equally toned throughout. Also I get a lot of motivation and life advices and it's very helpful, especially when I listen in the mornings.
I would recommend this podcast :)

One of my favorite runners! So excited to have found his podcast.
Justin does a great job delving into the challenges many of us are facing as we strive to improve ourselves. While you might not recognize many of the guests, the conversations are honest and insightful and resonated more deeply with me than well-known public figures on other podcasts. If youāre looking to continuously improve, this is worth making part of your journey.
