Absolutely love Wilbar’s coverage of the draft. He and Betz are a great duo.
Glad they finally linked this on the SCN daily podcast list. It had been mentioned on some SCN shows, and I had been meaning to look into it, but I never got around to searching for it. Some sort of pinned guide of all the shows and formats would help. BAD recommending look into “name of whichever show” doesn’t stick in my old brain. Awesome to listen to a podcast about NFL through a coach’s eyes. Very different podcast than most about NFL - rather than a sports writer, you actually learn the game from an experienced coach. Highly recommend this podcast.

This show leans into in-depth NFL discussion with a strong emphasis on the draft, quarterback dynamics, and off-season strategy. Episodes typically feature two hosts trading hot takes, breaking down prospects, and mapping fits for teams, all while weaving in current news, contract talk, and rumors. A notable trait is the blend of data-minded analysis with candid banter, sponsor reads, and recurring format elements like mock scenarios, player evaluations, and team-by-team breakdowns. Cross-episode consistency and a clearly football-centric lens make it especially valuable for listeners who want actionable draft and roster insights alongside entertaining debate.
