How to live and wait with Lindsey Keohane
Q: What would you say to someone who's just like, Oh, I need to bring more of this living into my life in this season?
Firstly, I would give you the biggest hug, because it's not easy, and I know exactly how you feel.
The Sleep Episode: Small Shifts That Can Transform Your Nights (and Your Life)
Q: What do you do when you want to sleep and you're like, yes, I really want to invest in my rest, but I can't?
I encourage everyone to do is don't look at the clock. Don't do it. One of the things that I started doing back in 2017 when I'm really dedicated to getting better sleep, was I stopped sleeping with my phone on the nightstand.
The Sleep Episode: Small Shifts That Can Transform Your Nights (and Your Life)
Q: How does reclaiming joy and being your true self actually affect all areas of your health and wellbeing?
It's really truly the baseline to everything, right? Because joy is medicine, it's your soul's medicine and oftentimes we are masking things by taking over the counter and I'm not saying taking medicines are bad, but I think sometimes some of our ailments can be resolved by either getting adequate rest and or tapping into our own joy, right?
