  • Good podcast

Good podcast but sometimes I feel there is too much pushing her program. The content is good and she provides a lot of relatable examples. I feel like just when you get into it there is a sales pitch. I guess she has to to make money.

  • Love this podcast

It’s impossible to listen to this podcast and NOT feel stronger/wiser/better equipped for it all/deeply loving and supportive of yourself.

Spenser is so loving and direct about what it *actually* takes to navigate the fertility journey.

Each episode builds your capacity and strengthens your connection to the spirit of fertility that’s already within you.

  • Magic within the fertility journey

Spenser, where to even begin. I found your podcasts when I was in a complete hole of darkness and confusion 6 months into my fertility journey, I was completely basing everything off the physical. After listening to your podcasts daily, I can’t thank you enough for the mindset shift and daily inspo to keep evolving and understanding that my mind and thoughts play a equally important role on this hard journey. You have gotten me through my miscarriage and currently getting me through my IVF journ... more

  • These podcasts changed everything for me!

I struggled with fertility for 3 years - having ‘unexplained’ diagnosis after all the tests in the world.

After it impacted all aspects of my life including a burn out at work I came across Spenser’s podcast. I listened to every single episode, and attended thr summer retreat last year.

Took everything that was said on board - especially about finding joy in what you already have - while preparing for my ivf cycle. Anyway long story short I had the most enjoyable IvF experience, fell pregnan... more

  • A heart lifting show

Very sensible and nourishing content for women trying to conceive. Touches key sensitive topics very kindly and discusses many notions and rules that many women feel they have to stick to putting a lot of pressure on ourselves. Have listened few episodes and each of them have left me with a sense of peace and confidence that things are going to be okay. Thanks Spenser

  • Great Podcast - Fairly Repetitive

This is a great podcast. Lots of helpful and fantastic information that is so awesome to use in the journey. It's easy to binge and the episodes aren't too long, I love that!

    -BUT-

My main complaint is how OFTEN she uses the term "monkey mind" in EVERY EPISODE. I've had to turn off a few episodes because of how much she uses it. If you did a drinking game with how often she says "monkey mind" you'd be so drunk you'd forget all your fertility issues.

  • Just What I Needed

Stumbled upon this gem of a show while searching for something to listen to during the “dreaded two week wait” and it is exactly what I needed. The reminders to be patient and present are words I needed to hear right now and often during times need to hear when I get too in my head about trying to plan the future.

Really great info and insight from Spencer on a range of topics. I’ll be saving some episodes to revisit many times over!
