Very entertaining, bad English accents notwithstanding
It took a moment for me to get into it, I'll be honest. But once I was in, I was in! Silly? Yes! Going to save the planet? No! But it's a heck of a lot of fun. No encyclopedic knowledge of Holmes and Watson required!

I love this show so much. It has brought me so much joy.
What a gem this show is. Putting on a spin on the Sherlock Holmes universe by telling the story of Holmes' less successful neighbours allows it to both examine the well knows stories and characters from and new perspective and create its own mysteries. The writing combines humour and truly heartfelt moments of character vunerability and the acting is splendid. Plus, it has a great queer representation that doesn't focus on the characters' queerness. What's not to love here?
