“Sounds like I’m victory lapping but I’m not” - player breakout from 10 years ago
I took a break from this show because I couldn’t stand the constant attempt at comedy and laughing at each other’s jokes. After more than six months I came back to try again and have listened to about a dozen and it’s still the same. These guys spend way too much time cracking each other up when we’re tuning in to hear fantasy football content. Don’t waste your time with Fantasy Pros, there are lots of great shows with serious content.
Bop
Have to fast forward through first 5 minutes of every frikn show as they all banter about personal private BS none of us give a rats rear about. Just the football please!
Fancy pros podcasts are the worst for having ad after ad after ad, and long ads too. I understand they’re trying to make money, but it’s such a turn off. I’d much rather listen to other podcast and not be berated with ads.

Episodes typically cover draft targets, start/sit decisions, and breakouts, often emphasizing upside players, value picks, and matchup context. Alongside data-driven takes, hosts volley opinions, share personal preferences, and weave in sponsor reads and audience engagement. Notable strengths include deep dives on player value relative to ADP, dynasty and redraft strategy, and a willingness to challenge consensus rankings while keeping the tone approachable for both new and veteran fantasy players. A recurring edge is the integration of timely NFL news, draft prep, and a lively, podcast-wide sense of community that appeals to daily listeners who want bo... more
