  • Year 1 breakout… but can they adapt in Year 2?

The transition from year 1 to year 2 in the podcasting industry is widely considered the most critical developmental phase . Often referred to as "the biggest leap," this period marks the shift from simply surviving on host opinion pieces and estranged facts to mastering the nuances of the professional podcasting game, capturing and retaining listeners, locking in sponsors and keeping the message fresh and engaging!

With that said, BTB clearly “broke out” in 2025 Year 1, they came on the scene... more

  • “Your WR rankings are wrong”

Hello, “your WR rankings are wrong” is the title of the latest episode in my feed. Now this may be a click bait title or a joke or something but to say this seems so arrogant to me and is just inviting conflict. Could it not be something like “our final WR rankings - do you agree?” Or something like that. There probably is such a thing as the perfect WR rankings but the arrogance to say that we are all wrong and you are right is a little much for me. Thanks

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

10 Toughest Players to Rank | 2026 Fantasy Football Draft Advice
Q: Who would you rather draft between DJ Moore and Tetairoa McMillan given the different environments?
DJ Moore has proven production and a clearer path to targets in a stable offense, while McMillan offers upside but with more risk tied to Bryce Young and the Bears' overall passing game. I'd lean Moore for safety but McMillan for ceiling in the right circumstances.
10 Toughest Players to Rank | 2026 Fantasy Football Draft Advice
Q: What makes Tetairoa McMillan so difficult to rank right now?
McMillan is highly talented with elite athleticism and a proven track record, but Carolina's offense and Bryce Young's development create a thin margin for targets. He could be a breakout candidate if the offense improves and he moves into more slots and manufactured targets, but the quarterback situation and offensive line issues loom large.
10 Toughest Players to Rank | 2026 Fantasy Football Draft Advice
Q: Dave, where do you actually have TreVeyon Henderson ranked among running backs given the uncertainty around opportunities?
I have him around 24th among running backs, ahead of Montgomery, and I think the upside is significant enough that the decision depends on how safe you want to be versus chasing a ceiling. If the opportunities are there, he could outperform that ranking, but there's real risk that New England doesn't give him a full workload.
Are we overthinking it with Trey McBride? 2026 Fantasy Football Draft Outlook
Q: Is he worth the two- to three-round turn given the risk of regression?
The guests argue that while regression is likely, McBride still offers a high floor due to route volume and red zone involvement, making him a defensible pick at the 2-3 turn if the rest of the tight end class is less appealing; the decision hinges on opportunity cost and how other players with similar upside compare where drafted.
Zay Flowers keeps getting better
Q: How do you project his touchdowns given his size and early career numbers?
While small receivers often struggle with touchdowns, Flowers has shown patterns in similar players who later spike in scoring when involved in the red-zone and given a more favorable offensive design; a spike year is plausible, especially with a new play designer.
