今月で、令和2年7月豪雨から6年です。
特に被害が大きかったのは、熊本県を中心とする九州地方です。
同じ場所で次々と積乱雲が発生し、線状降水帯が繰り返し発生しました。
これによって、熊本県を流れる球磨川が広い範囲で氾濫し、家の浸水や橋の崩落、大規模な土砂災害が発生しました。
熊本県人吉市、人吉温泉の旅館『あゆの里』の女将 有村政代さんに、当時を振り返りながら、ここまでの歩みについて伺いました。
