  • Margaret, Get Tougher!

I listen to this show because I think it’s important to hear people’s perspectives. Margaret does push back, but not as strongly now. When you listen to what these people say, average people don’t learn the truth and can’t hold on to the real story. It’s a way for them to come on and just give propoganda, and this is allowed? We need someone who can clarify what’s really happening to those who are listening. For JD Vance to equate undocumented migrants with violent criminals repeatedly, for exam... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Amb. Mike Waltz, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, Rep. Jason Crow
Q: So ambassador, on Friday the president tweeted that the Hormuz Strait will have to be guarded and policed as necessary by other nations who use it. Then last night he threatened to hit and obliterate Iran's power plants if Tehran does not reopen the Strait within 48 hours. Which path is the US taking—opening Hormuz by force or letting others do it?
Ambassador Waltz explains that the approach can be both, stressing that alliance members' involvement is essential and that coalition actions may accompany U.S. efforts without being mutually exclusive.
Extended Interview: Rafael Grossi
Q: Has there ever been a real deal or path toward downblending or removing material, and could diplomacy work given the current state of the conflict?
Grossi notes there were discussions but no binding agreement, and while negotiations exist, the possibility of a durable solution relies on continued diplomacy and the willingness of all parties to engage at the table.
Extended Interview: Rafael Grossi
Q: What are the options being discussed, including potential use of special forces to secure enriched material, and how feasible are they?
He emphasizes that he cannot discuss military assessments and stresses that the IAEA focuses on technical capabilities and the implications for negotiations, noting that any action must consider verification and safety.
Extended Interview: Rafael Grossi
Q: Can you explain to our audience, can Iran's nuclear ambitions be destroyed through military action only?
Grossi responds that while military strikes have caused damage to facilities, the broader knowledge and capability to run a nuclear program can be difficult to eliminate entirely, and a lasting solution requires verification, transparency, and a negotiated framework.
Sen. Tom Cotton, Sen. Ted Cruz, Sen. Chris Murphy
Q: Why was diplomacy not pursued longer, and what was the rationale for the military approach?
Discussion highlights that diplomacy was viewed as failing to stop enrichment and proxies, leading to a case for decisive action to prevent broader regional threat.
