  • Simple way to learn or relearn SCT

I’ve enjoyed this method of relearning SCT principles, especially the most recent episode on frustration. “Use it don’t lose it” is a very helpful way to remember we have frustration for a reason. Figure out what goal is being blocked and use the energy of frustration to work toward the goal rather than discharge the energy and thereby lose the goal directed path. I’ll look forward to hearing more from the Systems-Centered group.
