  • Exiled and heard

Ana is definitely not fluffing her feathers and shaking crystals as she says in her podcast. She goes deep into the existence and silent suffering. The first episode had me crying at the welcome message. I felt being seen and understood like never before. Will need to revisit episodes and take notes the next time as there is so much depth. Thank you!
