He outlines the core three-way value (one-on-one training, continuous tension protocol, world-class customer experience), the distraction-free studio environment, and a focus on a high-end demographic that values time savings and measurable health benefits.

Q: What role did Doug McGuff and REC play in your trajectory?
Doug McGuff's keynote and discussions at REC validated the approach and gave me emotional momentum. It reinforced the message that practical, minimal training can be powerful and in turn helped me craft a more approachable, less dogmatic message for clients and listeners.
"How 2 Look Good Naked" Previous Appearance on High Intensity Business Podcast
Q: How did you approach writing your book, and what was the process like?
I sat down with a flash of inspiration, wrote the whole thing in about two months, then spent around a year and a half editing and refining it. If I had more time, I would have tweaked it further, but I chose to publish and share the ideas rather than chase perfection.
