I absolutely love Ashlee Hope’s podcast (I am an Ashley too!) The episode on “Eldest Daughter Syndrome” completely opened my mind and put words to things I’ve struggled to understand about myself for years. It felt like someone had finally articulated patterns I’ve carried my whole life but could never fully explain.

I’m in a wonderful healthy relationship and I constantly find myself second guessing . This man is consistent, dependable and present. I found this podcast one day just looking for something to listen to at work. And listen to the episode about praying for my future self. It put everything in perspective. It helps me to deal with the anxious feelings I have surrounding the future. I went back and listened to other episodes. I love this podcast and I am so happy I found it.
Love Ashlee’s grounded persona and her willingness to be so helpful. Def a great podcast for the woman who is trying to live with more ease and intentionality.
