  • I love this podcast so much I listen to it at 1x speed

Rewriting this review bc I have no one else to make this joke to.

The new Will Ferrell Netflix series Hawk - go watch it - Will Ferrell breaking hand but keeps playing golf and after every swing he dramatically reach to the pain and could not be reminded of watching Adrian Rodriguez swing the bat this year.

  • Why read a book when you can listen to EGAT?

If you could have beers with just two guys....it wouldn’t be Paul Wadlington and Randy Boone. Between Randy’s Venezuela baseball stories and Paul’s workout tangents, you likely would not get a word in edgewise. HOWEVER, if you enjoy thoughtful, fair, and sometimes even well-informed takes on the state of the Longhorn Nation, as well as whimsical observations on the human condition, then EGAT is your safe place during these (choose your favorite adjective) times.

  • Slippery Rock

Love the show. Can’t say definitively when they stopped doing it, but I definitely remember seeing the Slippery Rock score being posted during my time in undergrad (‘01-‘05.)

  • I love this podcast so much I listen to it at 1x speed

Listener/reader since the barking canonical dissection/manifesto of the Tom Herman loss to Maryland at FedEx field.

Give me your best and by best I mean worse, Tom Herman story.

  • I will keep listening

These two act like they get off work every day, then in their spare time, learn more about Texas football than anyone, even Texas’ coaches. Paul and former mlb man Randy, who I’m convinced is contractually obligated to act dumber than Paul? I like the pod and I will be listening but these guys sound totally undatable, obnoxious and average
