I recently came across the españolistos podcasts as part of my Spanish learning and quite frankly it is excellent.
A great mix of current topics and some grammar ( but made interesting! ) .
It is delivered by Andrea ( native Colombian) and Nate ( de Estados Unidos ) as such you get a mix of Spanish by Nate who is good at Spanish but learning all the time and Andrea who always speaks in clear concise español.

I find that listening to the Españolistas podcast helps with my ability to understand Spanish speakers and also adds to my vocabulary. Andrea is very clear with her enunciation and also her descriptions. Nate sounds more like me (at least in the first year of the podcast - as I started at the beginning). I enjoy his efforts and as he seeks clarification from Andrea, I learn new works as well.
