I have been listening to the podcast for the last few years and I find it extremely helpful. At the beginning I listened mostly to interesting to me topics. At that time I was focused on my comprehension and wanted to listen to entertaining contest. More recently I have been listening to mostly grammar episodes, listening to some of them multiple times. It has been very helpful in my journey to Spanish proficiency.
