Wonderful timing as I just got into charting my cycles (following Toni Weschler’s book) before I try to get pregnant too. You can actually know that you are pregnant before you can test if your basal body temperature stays on the high side after ovulation. It rises the day of ovulation and then stays high or falls again if there was no implantation of the (fertilized) egg. So neat.
