I really enjoy this format where individuals just send in their own recordings, then the occasional interviews with experienced competitors. Christina has created an uplifting comfortable place to visit, share stories, inspire and learn.

  • Intro and closing are the worst part.

I really like this podcast. But the intro and closing are too mushy gushy. I don’t care for the information on date night or your personal life
