  • Content good/ads argh

This is a new to me podcast and I found it a great way to get a quick overview of women in history BUT so many ads at the beginning almost lost me for such a short podcast! I get having ads- they pay for a podcast that I get for nothing- but so many, every time is just tacky and takes away from the hard work of the host.

  • Jewish women too

Why no mention of Jewish women cultivators, and more Jewish women generally? Among other sources, check out the Jewish Women’s Archives. Also, Naomi Stein (1968-present), a Jewish herbalist ethnobotanist.

  • February

I have really enjoyed the renaissance women of February. The guest hosts did a great job selecting and presenting the subjects, most of whom I am shamed to say I had never heard of. Great job ladies!

  • Ethnicity

I notice that for every description you describe each brilliant woman by her ethnic origin but you describe women of African decent as Black. Please stop this and honor these women with the same respect. Include their heritage as you do all the other women you celebrate. TY
