I often listen to these meditations before bed. They help me relax and center my thoughts on God especially if my day was chaotic.
I would appreciate longer periods of reflection as I am often interrupted by the narrator in the middle of a prayer.
I think the length could be increased to 20 minutes.
Otherwise, it’s a great resource that I highly recommend.

My mom introduced me to the podcast a few months ago and it has been a huge help. Was having major anxiety and trouble sleeping. I don’t know if it’s the background music, his voice, or just everything all together but it actually is calming. If you don’t like this particular podcast I recommend you find one that suits you if you’re struggling. It does help truly.

Found this in 2018 when I had to work 3am and couldn’t get to sleep no matter what. I helped me sleep. My body just naturally resists rest.
Fast forward 2023 and my body associates this with peace… peace in the Lord. Stillness. Rest. I can always sleep when I turn this on.
