I just listened to the latest episode on calming your nervous system. I have t check out everything else yet, but at least that episode was solid. As a licensed therapist, I always get a little nervous about mental health coaches but so far this seems like good info.
Started with “God do you see me?”. And she talks about how just bc Hes silent doesn’t mean Hes not there. I needed to be reminded of that.
