  • Perfect for where I’m at

    I became a mom almost 3 years ago, and it wasn’t until motherhood that I realized how deeply I struggled with anger. Throw PMDD in there, and there can be certain times of the month where the anger, irritation and extreme annoyance almost seems uncontrollable. So thankful for a resource that helps Christian moms like me walk through this with grace and curiosity, instead of shame and judgement. Thanks Elizabeth!
