  • Great advice

So far I’ve listened to 2 of Elizabeth’s podcasts and already I feel that they’ve helped me develop real life tools to use to control my mom rage. I’ve already been able to implement the information learned with success in managing my anger and not yelling at my family. It feels incredibly empowering to be able to stop my anger in its tracks before it becomes rage and I have a strong forward momentum to keep going forward with this journey to be the mom I always wanted to be for my kids.
