I love listening to your podcast! Parenting is hard and you are giving us tools to slow down and enjoy it!
Thank you so much for creating this podcast. It has helped in so many ways. I can’t recommend this podcast enough. I have shared it with all my mom friends. Truly life changing information. My reactions are calmer and I’m enjoying being a mom again. I will be a forever listener. You have totally changed my mindset around being a mom. I’ve become the mom I’ve always wanted to be. Thank you!
So far I’ve listened to 2 of Elizabeth’s podcasts and already I feel that they’ve helped me develop real life tools to use to control my mom rage. I’ve already been able to implement the information learned with success in managing my anger and not yelling at my family. It feels incredibly empowering to be able to stop my anger in its tracks before it becomes rage and I have a strong forward momentum to keep going forward with this journey to be the mom I always wanted to be for my kids.
Elizabeth put words to hard thoughts that I’ve struggled with. She is encouraging, helpful, and realistic. She is super easy to listen to with actionable pieces of advice. I can’t wait to keep learning and applying her wisdom.
Within the first few sentences of the first podcast I listened to I was feeling like I could relate and that I am not alone in dealing with anger as a mom! Will continue to listen to Elizabeth’s podcasts to get advice and encouragement on how to overcome anger. Thankful that she has a Christian perspective too!!
