We all have desires. Some are good. Some get us into trouble. The challenge isn't having desires—it's knowing which ones to follow and which ones to redirect.

If you literally “ate your words,” how would they taste—sweet like honey or sour like a lemon? It’s a good way to check yourself, because what you say ends up revealing more than what’s in your mind…it reveals what’s in your heart.

God cares deeply about your heart. That's why he gives us wisdom to protect it. Purity isn't meant to be a conversation filled with guilt or shame—it's one of the ways God shows his love and leads us toward freedom.

We've never had more advice at our fingertips. But when different voices point you in different directions, it’s important to ask: Who has permission to speak into your life—and are they leading you toward God’s best?
