  • Nancy Grace Wannabe

Wanted to love this but OMG her speech mannerisms and delivery are over the top Nancy Grace. Bless her heart. Good premise but thought to listen to her over acting and her Nancy Grace mimicking twinning- the pauses, the intonations — ugh.,

  • I thought something seemed off

Something seemed off through the whole Guthrie coverage, a little too sensational, a little too… something. Then today I decided to give it another try and the first ad is advocating ignoring people’s preferred pronouns. Why are people so obsessed with what is or was in someone’s pants? It’s just human decency to respect what someone asks you to call them. Grow up. If you don’t believe in being trans and you think it’s all this easy choice, then don’t be trans and leave trans people alone.

  • Too coverage.

I was looking for something that covered this story and this was perfect. Short episodes with mostly facts and only some speculation. I liked that it isn’t filled with filler or anything sensationalized. I also liked the episodes that cover other current stories. It’s so funny to me how many people have written it off because it’s Daily Wire assuming it would be “conservative.” I genuinely didn’t even realize it was a DW podcast since there was zero political commentary on anything. It was actua... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Can Twiggs be Charged? David Gelman Weighs In
Q: He is the key witness in this case, but could Lance Twiggs still be charged with a crime?
Based on the discussion, Twiggs's use immunity protects him from being charged based on his statements, unless there is independent evidence or other actions that could constitute a crime; the most likely issue would be whether any further conduct could support an accusation like accessory after the fact, but that hinges on concrete actions rather than statements alone.
Small Town, One Big Lie
Q: How did the lie about the pregnancy begin and escalate to the murders?
The interview outlines a carefully constructed lie around a supposed pregnancy, supported by fake documentation and manipulative actions, which ultimately led to the brutal crime and the collapse of trust within the community.
The Trial of Tyler Robinson: The Criminal Defense
Q: What are some of the biggest cases you've been a part of?
Mark Geragos highlights his work with diverse high-profile clients, emphasizing his ongoing role in challenging government actions and holding authorities accountable.
Talking with the True Crime Queen Nancy Grace
Q: What do you do to unwind after such high-stakes work?
Grace explains she walks or jogs daily, cooks for her family, and cherishes time with her children and husband, finding joy in small, ordinary routines.
Finding Nancy Guthrie: Psychiatric Evaluation - Ep. 21
Q: What does a forensic psychiatrist do?
A forensic psychiatrist examines the interface between mental health and law, addressing issues like competency, insanity defenses, and how individuals' psychological states influence behavior within legal contexts.
