I’m enjoying the interviews with artists who I’m familiar with and learning about other drummers who are new to me as well as the “business” of drumming. Eye opening.
Love this show, keep it up!
Being the same vintage as Nick, I’m amazed the guests he gets, as most drummers are guys I grew up with. Every time I search for a podcast for a drummer I’m interested in, Nick’s podcast comes up. Awesome work…only request is to get the great Jim Keltner on board! NJ
Thank you Nick! I tune in every week. And invaluable resource for all drummers of every background. Would love more practice tips and routines from both drummers and Nick!
I listen daily. I’ll admit I started late but I’m listening backwards. Great stories from some amazing people. The drumming community is really unique in the wealth of knowledge these people are willing to share!! Keep it up!!
Highly recommend this podcast! Nick Ruffini always interviews with great respect for the artist and asks excellent and relevant questions that pertain to all things music and personal to improving, listening, styles, etc. I’m definitely addicted to listening to these from start to finish!!
Love this podcast. So many inspiring and educational interviews. Thank you Nick and team for such an awesome resource. Much appreciated
I couldn’t find one interview with a woman drummer. What’s up with that? Plenty of them. Change it up, dude.
I’m not a podcast guy, but Drummer’s Resource podcast has been such a great listen. I’m only a couple episodes in at this point. Great quality audio and content. Great interviews with the gods.
Nick Ruffini does great interviews with the all the great drummers you know and all the great drummers you should know. And it’s inspiring!
I've listened the itw with Chris Whitten (almost directly after discovering his "Calling Elvis" video he's mentioned): what an emotional conversation! All the facts, thoughts and unofficial details are covered with such a touching honesty, humility and beautiful awareness which make him even a greater artist (and you a top podcaster!). Thank you for leading this talk with much sensitivity as many of us (musicians and leading artists) struggle (or have) with the self-confidence issue in particula... more
I wasn’t a huge fan of the podcast in the early episodes. So glad I opted to revisit. Nick has become a great interviewer. Keep it going
it’s such an inspiration to listen to Drummer's Resource podcast :)
Hope to be talking with you one day!
There is a lifetime of information, stories and history here. Nick is the best at interviewing and ask all the questions I would want to ask. The caliber drummers he brings is insane. Thank you Nick! Your podcast makes me a better drummer and person. ✌️
If you're a musician, this is life changing! Such a wealth of knowledge from a huge collection of experienced artists and industry types.
