I’m not sure if someone from SEN will read this, but for a audio platform your sound levers are incredibly bad and that’s the only reason I hardly listen, the main mic’s are set at a decent level but the callers are all over the place, most of the time you can hardly hear a caller so you turn it right up, then when the sugar or fletch speaks you need to turn it back down and don’t get me started if a ad comes on while it’s up, it nearly blows my speakers.
