I am LOVING this podcast lately! Dr. Walley’s insights are fascinating and totally applicable to real life! I especially loved the one on self esteem vs. self forgetfulness. I had never thought of self esteem that way and it completely changed my mindset on the matter and it makes so much sense! I’m a young mom so I also really loved the parenting and emotion coaching episodes. They have really made a difference in my parenting!
My husband is always talking about channeling his inner “Wally”. Over the years I’ve come to understand why. How many times have I wished I could bottle up Wally's wisdom and carry it around with me in my pocket. Now I can!!! This deeply insightful and thought provoking take on matters of the heart leaves me always wanting to do better and be better. Thank you for being so willing to share all that you are with us.
Really appreciate the positive vibe and the fresh perspective! I feel inspired in a good way to move forward with faith, not beat myself up with fear. Keep it up!
I absolutely love this podcast and cannot give enough thanks for Dr. Wally’s perspective and enlightening knowledge. He combines psychology with gospel living in such a beautiful way. I always finish an episode with a renewed charge to be a kinder and more compassionate mother, sister, daughter, friend and spouse. It’s a podcast I come away from feeling filled up instead of drained.
