Dr. Chanda !!! These past few episodes have been making my inner child sooo happy! The singing at the end of the Gullah Gullah episode, I had to play that part back; it was so filling. This Omar Tyree episode omg .. my teenage soul is fed! I feel like I just met him LOL!! Your work is under appreciated, and I’m so glad that you have this platform to share your gifts with our people. Love and light to you sis.

I loved Dr. Chanda's podcast episode with Mr. Ron and Ms. Natalie from Gullah Gullah Island! The episode was a great mix of nostalgia and education. I appreciated learning about the influence of Gullah Geechee culture on the show and how it impacted the self-esteem and emotional wellness of Black children. It was also interesting to hear about the pressures to conform and assimilate on TV. Overall, a great episode!
