Een psycholoog is ook maar een concept bedacht in de Westerse wereld en waar dan toevallig op sommige punten evidence is voor hun aanpak. Niet alles is alternatief maar ik zou het eerder complementair willen noemen! Ik heb nog altijd meer baat gehad bok 1 truffelsessie dan met meerdere bezoeken aan psychologen! Ben geen fan van de podcast maakster, weinig open vizier en nodigt niet uit om met haar op pad te gaan!
