Goeie verhalen, beknopt en toch volledig. Je zou denken: ik verlies het geloof in het recht, maar integendeel. In een complexe samenleving waarin een burger soms dreigt te worden vermorzeld functioneert het recht dankzij de rechtspraak. Die is hoog ontwikkeld (wie wil in een ander land wonen en dáár afhankelijk zijn van de rechtspraak?). Fijne inbreng van oud-rechter Buruma, van harte aanbevolen!
