非常に勉強になる内容で、バレエを踊る上で大切なことを言語化して解説してくれています。そもそも考えたこともなかったような目から鱗の回があったり、聞きながら体を使ったり筋肉を動かしたりとイメージトレーニングできる回があったり、とても盛りだくさんです。もっと早く出会えていたらと思うこともありますので、バレエに携わる人はぜひ聞いてほしいと思います！

愛さんのPodcastを運転中、家事中に聞いています。日本語で、こんな貴重なアナトミーの勉強が出来るので毎日指導へ行く時のモチベーションにもなっています。新体操はバレエが、基礎になりますし柔軟性が必要な分、安全にトレーニングできる知識をしっかりとコーチがもっていないと大変な事に。。本当に感謝しています。帰国のタイミングなどもありますが、WSやセミナーにいつか参加してみたいです。が、今は毎日聞いて勉強します。今後も応援しています。
