回想十年前，我們第一次看店面，沒有經驗，男女視角的差異，也在當下展露無遺。
男性視角通常比較偏向「條件導向」：坪數、租金、動線、出入口、消防安全、廚房排水、電壓調節等實體層面。
女性視角則比較敏銳於「氛圍」與「日常感受」：採光好不好、店面是否通風、空間是否舒適，那些講求feel的元素。
