I have been praying the Morning and Evening Hours for a year now, and I’m so grateful for the Divine Office team, who have put together an app (and now a podcast!) with cantors and prayerful offering of this incredible set of prayers the Church has given us.
One of the most important things I do every day is to pray the Divine Office. I love all your platforms. I use the app most of all!!! I highly recommend for all faithful Catholics to pray the Liturgy of the Hours. It has made my relationship to our Lord closer than ever in my lifetime!
It’s too difficult for me to locate the prayers of the day. The actual day rather than days gone by or days ahead.
I’m glad this is available.
Piano is a bad instrument for contemplative prayer. I would use only wind instruments. I believe the divine office now uses “shall be” not the less contemplative “will be”. Would be better with all male or all female responses.
