  • Fantastic Complement to the show!

I've only just discovered this podcast and am really disappointed that I wasn't aware of it when I originally watched the show many years ago. I'm very impressed with the quality of the guests Gareth can get and his podcasts are a fantastic complement. I've only listened to the most recent season, but was blown away to see the access he has to the cast and writers. I was even more impressed to hear that he's even had a character named after himself! I'm really looking forward to Season 2 of Res... more

  • 16 year old podcast stuck in season 4

Finally found a dexter recap podcast to follow during my second watch of dexter and I was excited to make it to season 4 aka the best season only to find out I’m somehow caught up with this 16 year old podcast already.

  • Solid Dexter podcast, but…

Gareth is clearly a dedicated Dexter fan and I’ve enjoyed his reviews over the years via Dissecting Dexter. The one bit of constructive criticism I would offer is to focus on upskilling when it comes to interview-format podcasts. From a podcast that didn’t really do interviews to one that now routinely interviews major Dexter names, would suggest working on your responses to answers. A “hmm..yeah” to every answer gets tired and I think it would be more interesting for your listeners and intervie... more

  • Decent podcast

I enjoy listening to the podcast and just started but find it annoying he continually abandons the rewatch podcast for the recent seasons that are released in his area. If he focused on the rewatched podcast, may have well caught up to the current seasons rather than taking so long for episodes. Not sure why season 3/4 episodes were skipped in favor of going into season 5 and are now being released. Still waiting on season 4.

  • Fun listening

Enjoying listening to this after watching everything in entirety for the first time….. but where is season 4? That whole thing is missing. Gareth also mentions a podcast interview with David Zeyas but I don’t see that on here either.

Post Dexter Resurrection Season 1 finale - In conversation with CLYDE PHILLIPS
Q: Are you happy you achieved your goals with the season, or is there anything niggling you that you wish you had done?
No, I'm very satisfied with it. We set out to do something and we did it even better than we thought we would.
Post Dexter Resurrection Season 1 finale - In conversation with CLYDE PHILLIPS
Q: Were you aware of all the theorizing about who the New York Ripper might be?
Yes, I am aware that they thought that Gigi was the thing. They thought that Oliva was the New York Ripper. They thought that Cody was that.
Post Dexter Resurrection Season 1 finale - In conversation with CLYDE PHILLIPS
Q: What was your priority for Dexter for the season? Did you feel he needed redemption?
I do not feel as if he needed redemption. I mean, basically, it's a serial killer show. It's about a psychopath.
Dexter Resurrection - In conversation with Kadia Saraf and Dominic Fumusa
Q: Was the dance scene in the finale in the original script?
Yes, it was always written that way, but Kadia choreographed it and surprised the crew with their spontaneous execution.
Dexter Resurrection - In conversation with Kadia Saraf and Dominic Fumusa
Q: How did you both get into acting?
Dominic began as a casual extracurricular during high school, while Kadia actively pursued roles and sought her opportunity through industry connections and auditions.
