  • So many great guests!!

Peter and Alli always have a great variety of guests on the show. They are in all sort of spaces that contribute to education and how we can think about education outside of the norms. I also like the recaps they do after an interview or they talk about some of their takeaways. If you are in the education space and you want to think out of the box, this is a great podcast for you.

435 This Is What AI Is Doing to Schools Right Now…
Q: What should educators do now to start integrating AI effectively?

435 This Is What AI Is Doing to Schools Right Now…
Q: What happens if we go too slow with AI in education?
If we move too slowly, education risks being outpaced by technology and could fall behind in preparing students for a future where AI is ubiquitous, leading to ongoing gaps between classroom practice and real-world needs.
424 CTE’s Secret Superpower: Boundary Spanners
Q: Why is this boundary-spanning approach particularly well-suited to CTE rather than traditional education structures?
CTE sits at the intersection of schools, industry, higher education, and community organizations, so boundary-spanning leadership helps align diverse stakeholders, design meaningful partnerships, and create pathways that reflect real-world labor markets and postsecondary opportunities.
424 CTE’s Secret Superpower: Boundary Spanners
Q: What are the six boundary-spanning roles, and how do they apply to CTE at a systems level?
The six roles are broker, translator, trust builder, convener, buffer, and integrator. Each role serves a distinct function—from scanning external environments and shaping policy (broker) to building trust across partners and integrating fragmented systems (integrator)—and can be applied at multiple scales within CTE to solve problems and advance student outcomes.
