Ostfriesen-Zeitung, General-Anzeiger, Ostfriesischen Nachrichte, Borkumer ZeitungAls Redakteur Dirk Hellmers 2022 in seine Fitness-App geschaut hat, sagte die: Nur fünf Prozent der Männer in deinem Alter sind unsportlicher als du. Das wollte Dirk nicht auf sich sitzen lassen. Also: runter vom Sofa und rein in die Sportschuhe. Seitdem läuft er durch Ostfriesland und trifft dabei immer wieder auf interessante Sportler und Geschichten.
