I love cleaning up and weeding the flower beds in my front and backyard, it has become a sort of meditative space for me, usually just me and the sounds of birds, neighbors, occasional airplanes. Somehow Digital Jung has become a surprise companion for me on some of those days.
Something about Mr. Smith’s content and his delivery of it all just blends perfectly with the vibe of my meditative garden time. I look forward to new episodes, it is always a delightful surprise when they show up.
May I just express gratitude for this production.

Featuring the insights of Jungian psychology, this series examines the concept of the symbolic life and its relevance in today's digital age. It engages with literary and mythological sources to explore core questions surrounding the symbolic life: its definition, necessity, and the methods of cultivating it. Episodes often draw from works like Herman Melville's *Moby-Dick*, reflecting on the archetypes and psychological themes within such texts while addressing broader issues of identity, alienation, and self-realization. The unique fusion of depth psychology with contemporary life challenges sets this series apart, making it a rich resource for those interested in personal development and psychological growth.
