Generally interesting subjects and guests. Thankfully, the podcast is presented from a historical and not ideological perspective.
Unfortunately, most interviews are poorly done. The host often speaks more than guest expert- rambling narrative questions, unnecessary digressions and personal anecdotes are unnecessary and off putting.
I enjoy the friendly tone of these episodes, which really bring the ancient world to life. I look forward to more listening!
