    Dee is such a knowledgeable and trusted resource for me. I highly value her opinion and recommendations. I only wish the introductory song was quieter as I have extremely sensitive hearing and have to mute the first 15 seconds.

    Thank you for this production. Lots of people are interested in diet, herbology, and the specific benefits of plants and herbs. However, I would like to request two things: that you cite the studies that you quote, where they were published, how many people were studied, and the methodology and results.

    Second: there is a lot of basic plant biology lacking here such as in the elderberry podcast you said that elderberries grow on vines (which is not true). They grow on a shrub. There are both ed... more
