Dee is such a knowledgeable and trusted resource for me. I highly value her opinion and recommendations. I only wish the introductory song was quieter as I have extremely sensitive hearing and have to mute the first 15 seconds.

However, I would like to request two things: that you cite the studies that you quote, where they were published, how many people were studied, and the methodology and results.
