在這一集裡，我想和你聊聊「不愛自己」的根源。很多人以為，是否愛自己取決於外在條件外貌、成就、工作、關係，但其實，真正影響我們的，是內在深處的信念與潛意識。
這些信念可能來自原生家庭，也可能來自生活中的經歷、文化環境，甚至一些我們未曾意識到的創傷。在學習 Rapid Transformational Therapy 的過程中，我開始探索並理解這些潛意識的形成方式，並發現：我們小時候所創造的信念，並不代表真實，而是當時為了理解世界所做的解釋。好消息是，既然是我們創造的，就有機會去改變它。

再過兩個月我就要滿 34 歲了。說真的，對這個年紀我沒有什麼特別的感覺。至於老化，我也不害怕。雖然有時候會感到沒有安全感，但其實我很早以前就接受了一件事——我應該用沒有偽裝、沒有包裝的樣子去面對這個世界。
人生最爽的事情，大概就是可以毫不掩飾地做自己吧。
所以，我很接受老化這件事。我知道有一天我會變成八十歲的阿嬤、有皺紋，這些都是正常的。我覺得人生的一個重要意義，就是慢慢與自己變好。每多活一天，我們就多一點智慧。
