I can’t say enough of good things about this series. As I transition from an IC to a Manager, so many things I could learn from these bite-size, easy to digest podcasts. The speakers are all amazing and have great insights, and Dale has a very genuin and relatable way to bring out those insights. Outstanding!
This has been one of my favorite podcasts to listen to. I have enjoyed every episode.
The comments are relevant to my small business as well. And reassured me I’m doing many things right. Thank you
Really enjoying listen to Dale interview all of these leaders and managers. Very insightful to listen to what they have done and how they have grown themselves and their mentees. As a beginning manager myself, this has been invaluable to help get me to focus on the right stuff. Great start Dale!
Listened to the first podcast and really liked the cadence and tempo of the questions, the authentic discussions and the great insights!
