More evidence that tue UK is far behind anti-aging, science-based dermatology. L-Ascorbic acid isn’t brilliant for those with oily, acne-prone skin. A better choice is an inactive form of vitamin C known as Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate which is great for oily, acne-prone skin.
I love this podcast, it is so informative and really for anyone interested in skin. A really clever delivery which means that it appeals to the public and HCPs. Educational and evidence-based. Brilliant. Julie Van Onselen, Lecturer Practitioner, Dermatology, Dermatology Educational Partnership and University of Stirling
