Just a tip: don’t assume your audience is against you. I would have listened to the end if the podcaster wasn’t insisting that I was criticizing him. There’s enough real life drama for everyone. I haven’t read much Vonnegut and I was looking forward to more insight. The poor guy buried the lede and probably needs to spend time meditating or with friends. It’s not a great novel, but it could make for a more fruitful discussion if the focus were on all the various angles that converge in this work... more
