Two episodes ago, I revealed that with the help of two volunteers on the island of Zanzibar I had been able to retrieve the first data showing how Lepas anatifera barnacles grow out on the open sea in the western Indian Ocean, where debris from MH370... more
As the facts have emerged in the case of Air India 171, which crashed while taking off from Ahmedabad, India on June 12, it’s become increasingly clear that in all probability it was a case of mass murder suicide on the part of the captain. Mass murd... more

So far we’ve been focused on the physical and electronic evidence left behind by whoever took MH370. But there’s also a lot we can infer about the psychology of those who did the deed based on the actions that they carried out. In today’s episode, we... more

I found this podcast after watching Jeff on the Netflix documentary. I couldn’t help but think he has a lovely voice to listen to, (Kevin Spacey voice), and obviously I have got sucked into this mystery and he has a significant back catalogue of in depth podcast episodes. Some of the theories are a bit tenuous and yet the guests, most of whom seem to be experts in their fields, bring new answers to the case. I find him really likeable but I would like to hear from victim’s relatives a little mo... more
I’m a PhD research scientist so I am a sucker for well laid out facts and information. And that’s exactly what Jeff Wise does here. I’m not saying I agree with some of the ideas put forward but that’s beyond the point. He lays out all the facts in a logical, coherent manner for listeners to judge for themselves. There is nothing else like this anywhere on MH370 or, for that matter, in the podcasting world in general. Great Job to Jeff Wise for making it informative and also VERY bingeable and en... more
Stick with the first season. Jeff isn’t unhinged there. This second season is all about political rants and Jeff having TDS.
The trump derangement syndrome is strong with the host, ruins an otherwise ok podcast. Jeff is a sad man and I hope he finds peace one day but right now this is unlistenable.
Great podcast up until the host brings his politics into it. I am very independent and tow no party lines. Focus on the plane and stop getting ur “Trump hate” involved. I can watch CNN or MSNBC for that. Prob why ur co-host dropped out.
