Highly recommend! So thankful for discussions around art in particular. Thank you Josh
Eating this up!
Josh is clear, loving, and humorous as he interviews his guests and discusses the relationship between the Christian and Art. One of the things I love most about this podcast is that Josh doesn’t speak in “Christian-ese”! He quotes Scripture, he applies faith-based truths to the topics of discussion, but he sounds like a normal person while doing it! It’s honestly a breath of fresh air. I loved the recent episode with Matt Hughes - honest and charitable. Can’t ask for much more than that!
I always enjoy Josh’s books, but this is a nice cherry on top to the material. These interview episodes provide a more candid experience with his guests- highly recommend!
I spent my huge school years listening to Showbread, so I’m already a huge fan! I have been on the journey of deconstructing the parts of Christianity that didn’t actually line up with Jesus and caused a great deal of anxiety for me, for the last few years. But never wanted to leave Christianity altogether. This show gives great hope for reconstructing and reasons to stay in the church, in ways that are actually healthy!
